Withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

bde678 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. 12. Suspension and Termination

Upon termination for breach, bde678 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be released to the Player via their registered payment method. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive Real Money Balance will have that balance returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms
